01 Introduction

Welcome to Dewa808. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") set out the rules and obligations that apply to your access to and use of the Dewa808 online gaming platform, accessible via https://dewa808.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service"). The Platform is operated by Dewa808 ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

"Account"

A registered user profile created by a player on the Dewa808 Platform, used to access gaming services, deposit funds, place wagers, and manage withdrawals.

"Balance"

The total amount of real money funds held in a player's Account at any given time, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM).

"Bonus Funds"

Any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or incentive amounts awarded to a player's Account as part of a Dewa808 promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by the Company to confirm a player's identity, age, and place of residence before processing withdrawals or at the Company's discretion.

"Player" / "User"

The total cumulative bet amount a player must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

"Prohibited Territory"

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on Dewa808, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of the Company, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
You must not have a pre-existing Account on the Platform that has been suspended, terminated, or flagged for fraudulent activity.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
You must not be self-excluded or subject to a voluntary exclusion order from the Platform or any affiliated gaming service.

                Age Verification: The Company reserves the right to suspend an Account and withhold any Balance pending satisfactory age and identity verification at any time. Accounts confirmed to have been opened by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently terminated, and any funds deposited will be returned after applicable verification, in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.
              

04 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Dewa808 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different usernames, email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. Dewa808 reserves the right to require documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify Dewa808's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

All registered players are subject to identity verification. You may be required to submit copies of a valid Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), driver's licence, or passport, together with proof of your current residential address (such as a utility bill issued within the last three months) and, where requested, a selfie holding your identification document. Withdrawal requests may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

05 Terms of Use

By using the Dewa808 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You shall not use the Platform in any manner that:

Violates any applicable Malaysian law, regulation, or international legal obligation;
Infringes the intellectual property rights of Dewa808 or any third party;
Involves the use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without prior written consent;
Exploits bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or games to gain an unfair advantage;
Involves collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
Is intended to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
Involves using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions or Platform security measures.

All game content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property on the Platform remain the exclusive property of Dewa808 or its licensed content providers. No license to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content is granted to users under these Terms.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Dewa808 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and direct bank wire transfer. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are accepted for eligible Diamond VIP account holders.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following indicative timeframes, subject to KYC verification status and platform load: E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX — 5 to 15 minutes; Direct bank wire — 15 to 60 minutes. These are target ranges and not guaranteed processing times. The Company shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

6.4 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Company does not accept responsibility for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by a player's bank or payment provider.

                Anti-Money Laundering: Dewa808 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. The Company reserves the right to require additional documentation for large withdrawal requests and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
              

07 Bonus & Promotions

All promotions, bonuses, and offers made available on the Dewa808 Platform are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of each promotion. The following general bonus rules apply across all offers unless explicitly stated otherwise:

Each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Wagering requirements must be completed within the promotional validity window. Common windows are 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from bonus credit.
During active bonus play, a maximum single bet of MYR 250 per spin or hand applies unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.
Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino and table games contribute between 10% and 20% unless otherwise stated.
Some bonuses are designated as "sticky" — the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn, only winnings generated therefrom. Non-sticky bonuses are deducted from your balance before processing a withdrawal.
Maximum cashout limits from bonus-derived winnings apply to certain promotions and will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

08 Betting & Game Rules

All bets placed on Dewa808 are final once confirmed. Players accept full responsibility for the accuracy of any bet, wager, or game selection they make. In cases where a bet is placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, void, or abandoned, the Company's specific sport and game rules — available on the Platform — will govern the settlement of affected bets.

Dewa808 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all digital casino games. RNG outcomes are independently tested and certified to be statistically random and unmanipulated. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot and table games are provided by the respective game providers and are based on long-run statistical averages — they do not guarantee any individual player's outcome in any single session.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure that materially affects a game outcome, Dewa808 reserves the right to declare the affected game round void and refund the relevant stake. No compensation beyond the original stake will be owed in such circumstances.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of any outstanding Balance:

Opening more than one Account on the Platform;
Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
Using stolen payment instruments or disputed payment methods to fund an Account;
Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals;
Colluding with other players, agents, or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
Utilising software, tools, or systems to gain any advantage not sanctioned by Dewa808;
Seeking to exploit mathematical errors, loopholes, or system bugs in the Platform;
Participating in any form of chip dumping in poker or other table games;
Any conduct that Dewa808 determines — in its sole and reasonable discretion — constitutes abuse of the Platform, its systems, or its other users.

10 Responsible Gambling

Dewa808 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended as a source of adult entertainment and must not be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. If you find that your gambling behaviour is causing you or those around you distress, we encourage you to use the tools available on our Responsible Gambling page.

Dewa808 provides the following player protection tools to all registered users at no charge:

Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.
Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after pre-set session durations.
Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

Dewa808 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or where required by regulatory or legal obligations.

Upon termination of an Account, any real-money Balance remaining (after deduction of any Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC process and confirmation that no fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct is associated with the Account.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary closures are processed within three (3) business days.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Dewa808 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or computer or system failure.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Dewa808 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform operates without interruption, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur from time to time, and the Company shall not be liable for any loss arising therefrom.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Data & Privacy

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by Dewa808 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Dewa808 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Data may be shared with KYC verification providers, payment processors, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law, as described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Dewa808 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Company will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

15 Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts, in accordance with the regulatory framework under which the Platform operates.

In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
